This is available in a variety of sizes, and it is made to order in the length of your choice (14 inch is pictured). It connects with a 11mm sterling silver lobster claw clasp (stamped 925 silver).
The best way to determine the size you need is to wrap a piece of string around your neck where you'd like it to fit, and then measure the string. You have the option of adding on a 2-inch extender if you'd like a little adjustability.
